The staff was friendly and accommodating during my New Year stay. the room was clean and had a nice view. the hotel offered a shuttle service to nearby attractions, which was a nice touch. It was also conveniently located near public transportation and restaurants.
The WiFi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected to family and friends. the breakfast buffet was disappointing, with limited options and not the best quality.
